As Dean Highland’s Instructional Specialist, I work with the campus leadership team, teachers, and district leaders to utilize data driven practices to facilitate teacher development through lesson planning, observation, and coaching for the improvement of instruction in the classroom which will lead to student success. I enjoy motivating teachers and students to do their very best.
