I lived in Waco most of my life. I am a product of Waco ISD; I attended Dean Highland, Lake Air Montessori, and Waco High.

 

My "Why": I decided to become an educator because of the impact Dean Highland had on my formative years. Growing up, Dean Highland was a place that felt like home. The love and support I received from teachers and staff members during my time as a student are what made me so eager to return to Dean Highland as an educator. I wanted the opportunity to be a part of shaping students' lives in the way Dean Highland did with me. The experience and growth that I have received in my 9 years at Dean Highland are immeasurable. I look forward to what the upcoming school year has to offer with the excellent guidance of Principal Hubbard.
